The Risk Assessment Study is reviewed and approved by the Environment, Health and Safety Risk Assessment Report carried out by the EHS-approved Consultant for Licensed Customers who has a risk theory in accordance with the Risk Assessment Procedures and Guide for Environmental and Health Management and safety.
