"Ports, Customs, and Free Zone" displays its latest Digital Projects at GITEX 2022

The Ports, Customs, and Free Zone Corporation is to participate in the 42nd edition of GITEX Technology Exhibition 2022, from 10 to 14 October at Dubai World Trade Center. Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem, Chairman of the Ports, Customs and Free Zone Corporation, said that the Corporation's participation in GITEX Technology Week under the slogan "Driving the Economy through Innovation" comes in line with the vision of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, aiming for making Dubai the first economy capital in the world, as the participation reflects the Corporation’s continuous keenness to build future economic opportunities by accelerating adoption of modern technologies of digital solutions and innovative services based on future technology. Bin Sulayem stressed that the Corporation, represented by its business units, seeks to organize, develop, and support sustainable infrastructure planning, and navigational operations in land and sea areas by providing various services for licensing, permits, and other related services, which contribute to facilitating commercial and investment activities, and consolidating the position of Dubai as a global destination for the economy, and as an attractive center for investment plans and economic business development. Through its platform at GITEX 2022, the Corporation will showcase its latest achievements and innovative digital projects based on artificial intelligence, cloud technologies and digital data, which aim to create a unique and distinct experience for its customers in line with best local and global practices, while at the same time keeping pace with government trends. The Corporation invites those interested to visit its stand at the exhibition in Sheikh Saeed Hall, to view the real-time digital experiences of ballast water and live-smart imaging of marine vessels and other smart services and future digital projects at its platform.
