"Ports, Customs and Free Zone" organizes the First Social Gathering for Employees in 2023

The Ports, Customs and Free Zone Corporation organized the first social gathering for its employees at all its business units, in the Winter Camps in the First Aweer Area. The meeting included a number of activities and programs in which all employees participated, as the number of attendees reached about 100 employees, men and women, in which they contributed to enhancing communication and social relations between them in an atmosphere of activity and fun, creating an environment full of positive energy, discovering employee talents, and stimulating interaction and participation within one team. . In this context, Hend Ahmad, Director of Strategy and Communication Department at the Ports, Customs and Free Zone Corporation, emphasized the strategic principles on which the corporation is based, including the promotion of human capital, given that employees are the most valuable capital of the corporation, with a total of about 600 employees. She added that PCFC is keen periodically to organize programs and forums that will enhance social relations aside from the daily work routine, and strengthen the channels of communication between employees of different job categories, in an atmosphere of familiarity, mutual respect and teamwork. Hend indicated that the PCFC seeks to provide an environment that stimulates seriousness, diligence and work efficiently, expressing that such programs raise levels of positive energy and productivity and increase cooperation and communication relations between employees, which is reflected in raising the level of customer happiness. The Director of the Strategy and Communication Department stated: "We start the first social gathering with the beginning of the new year so that the employees derive positive energy urging them to increase the rate of work productivity and exert more effort to achieve the mission, vision and strategic objectives of the Corporation, which will have a positive impact on performance rates at the level of business units," adding that the meeting aims to enhance the employees' sense of belonging and loyalty to the PCFC.
